Orders

Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to easily monitor the progress of your package and stay updated on its estimated delivery date.
Please note that tracking numbers may not be immediately trackable once provided, as it takes some time for the carrier's system to update. If you encounter any issues or have concerns about your tracking information, please allow a few hours or up to a day for the tracking number to become active. Please contact us as soon as possible for cancellation requests. For orders that have been shipped, you have 10-days after you have received your item to return it back to us for a refund. Refer to our Refund Policy for more information.
Pre-Orders and Backorders are not eligible for cancellation or returns unless you received a faulty item.

For larger and bulkier items, we offer a flat rate shipping fee of $20 to ensure safe delivery. Shop with ease, knowing that you'll receive your non-bulky items without any extra shipping charges, and take advantage of our convenient flat rate shipping for bulkier orders.
In stock items are typically dispatched within 48 business hours. Pre-Orders and Backordered items are shipped as soon as they reach our warehouse.
At this time, we kindly inform you that we only offer shipping services to addresses within New Zealand. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to our international customers, and we appreciate your understanding.
